Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. These terms & conditions apply to anyone starting a course with M COLLECTIVE (THE BROW BRAND). These terms and conditions are a contract between you (trainee) and M COLLECTIVE (in this document THE BROW BRAND)

All online courses are provided by M COLLECTIVE (THE BROW BRAND)  under the brand name “EYEBROW PHILOSOPHY COURSE”, address Lange Kleiweg 62, 22-88 GK Rijswijk, the Netherlands.

Terms of Use:

This website is owned and operated by M Collective under the brand name “The Brow Brand”. The company name will be referred to as “The Brow Brand’’ herewith.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to THE BROW BRAND. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of THE BROW BRAND cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from THE BROW BRAND.

Terms of Use of this Website:

THE BROW BRAND may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.

You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which THE BROW BRAND will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.

All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to THE BROW BRAND.

Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offence being committed.

Definition of Online Courses:

All of the online courses in the website and brochure are provided by THE BROW BRAND and are subject to the following conditions:

Article 1 Course Requirements:

By starting courses with THE BROW BRAND you (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.

1.1 All of the courses provided in English:
– Eyebrow Philosophy Course – Brow Henna
– Eyebrow Philosophy Course – Eyebrow Lamination
– Mentoring Classes

1.2 All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills.

1.3 All candidates must have the ability to take advice from tutors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required.

1.4 All non-native English Language speaking candidates must have proof of a minimum qualification of English language.

By making a booking with THE BROW BRAND it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of English. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level of English. THE BROW BRAND takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course.

1.5 If THE BROW BRAND feels at any point during the course that the candidate’s level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, THE BROW BRAND will forward their concerns to the Director of Studies. If the tutor and the Director of studies believes the candidate to be below a sufficient level The Brow Brandreserves the right to fail the candidate.

1.6 Before purchasing any of the “THE BROW BRAND” courses you should contact a member of staff and check whether you are suitable for the courses. Please contact a member of staff to check your level of English language and suitability for the course.

1.7 The Brow Branddoes not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.

1.8 It should be noted that by purchasing any of the courses from THE BROW BRAND does not mean that a candidate will be guaranteed a pass. THE BROW BRAND reserves the right to fail students if they do not meet the minimum requirements of the course.

1.9 The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by THE BROW BRAND.

1.10 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by THE BROW BRAND.

Article 2 How to make a booking:

2.1 Booking can be made online on our website The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. THE BROW BRAND states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. THE BROW BRAND  will only deal with you in the event of cancellations or disputes.

2.2 You must make full payment at the time of booking. THE BROW BRAND does not accept deposit or partial payments or instalment payments. All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 72 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and THE BROW BRAND and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received this invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.

2.3 Once THE BROW BRAND has received your payment for the course THE BROW BRAND will email you a login username and password within 72 hours to allow you to access the course.

Article 3 Price of Courses:

3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, THE BROW BRAND reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.

3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at

3.3 THE BROW BRAND reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.

Article 4 Procedure for changing or cancelling a booking:

4.1 Cooling off Period:

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and THE BROW BRAND during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period then you must inform us within the 14 days of the confirmation invoice. Once we receive your written cancellation, in the form of an email we will refund your course fees within 30 days.

Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.

If you login to the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a full refund, even if it is within the 14-day period.

However, if you need to change the start date of a course for any other reason, our Director of Studies will consider this, and you will be able to change the start date for a fee of 30 EURO if agreed by our Director of Studies.

4.2 You must inform us of your intent to cancel by writing to in the form of an email.

4.3 Once we have received your written cancellation letter we will refund you within 30 days of receiving your letter and deduct any credit card surcharge, if applicable.

  • Once you have cancelled your booking your login details will be cancelled immediately.

Article 5 – Time Period for the completion of courses

5.1 All online Courses – 60 days

All students have 60 days access to all online courses, which includes free access to the video and online exam.

 This starts when a student enrols by entering their username and password.

5.2 Extension:

If you fail to complete the course in 60 days then you may extend the course by paying a change fee as follows. You may do this as many times as you feel necessary *.

1 month – 30 euro
3 month – 40 euro
6 month – 50 euro
12 months – 60 euro

Article 6 How to pass the course?

6.2 By purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail to meet the requirements of passing a course then THE BROW BRAND reserves the right to fail you.

To pass all online course by THE BROW BRAND course you must satisfy the following requirements:

6.3 You will be given unlimited attempts with the automatically checked test after completing 5 case studies with photos before and after of your work in order to pass these tests you must achieve a pass rate of 90%. You can have as many attempts as you like to complete the test.

6.4  If your 5 case studies are not satsfacionary you will be giving another 3 attempts to complete the course. If your work is still not deemed to be at a satisfactory level you will fail the course. You will be informed in writing of any failure to complete the course within 14 days of the failure.

6.5 Once you have been awarded a fail then you will not be entitled to a refund and will not be accepted onto any further THE BROW BRAND courses.

Article 7 Certificates:

7.1 Every student who passes THE BROW BRAND online courses will receive a paper certificate of completion within 30 days of passing the course. However, we do not take any responsibility for any postal service problems, which might delay your certificate and we do not take responsibility for a lost certificate due to out/in-country postal problems. We can provide proof that the Certificate was sent to your confirmed postal address. This covers all geographic locations.

7.2 Certificates given by THE BROW BRAND are without accreditation due to different laws, policies and regulations in countries around the world.

7.3 THE BROW BAND will supply you with a new certificate in the event of loss or damage for a fee of 20 euro.

Article 8 System Maintenance and Upgrades

At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update we will endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.

Clause 9 is not limited to just System Maintenance and Upgrades. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.

Article 9 Limitation of Liability

THE BROW BRAND does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

Article 10 Complaints

If at any time, you are unhappy with THE BROW BRAND service then please contact us immediately at  and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.

Article 11 Accuracy of Marketing Materials

THE BROW BRAND  makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavour to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.

Article 12 The Law and its Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with EU law.

Article 13 Third Party Rights:

A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.

Article 14 Changes to Terms and Conditions:

THE BROW BRAND reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.

Article 15 Severance:

If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.

Article 16 The Course:

The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.

By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Enjoy Online Courses

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. This includes also any of the forms sent on our website. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 48-72 hours after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. THE BROW BRAND does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.

We often experience very high call volumes and we would like to make it clear that if we cannot answer your telephone call we ask that you contact us by email and we will endeavour to get back to you by email within 48-72 Hours after receiving your email.

Article 19 Controlling your Personal Information:

Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable settings on your personal computer.

Article 20 The Online Courses Commitment:

20.1 THE BROW BRAND has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online Courses. Our tutors are here to help you by giving you constructive feedback and advice.

20.2 Any queries will be dealt with within 48-72 hours of receipt.

20.3 We will give your certificate for your course within 30 days of the completion of the course.

20.4 The Brow Brand operates an equal opportunities policy.

20.5 Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between The Brow Brand and yourself.

THE BROW BRAND reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

All material on this website is owned by THE BROW BRAND. This includes all material, video and audio, graphics, content, design, appearance. As per the Terms and Conditions no material on this website or related courses can be copied or reused by anyone without the permission of THE BROW BRAND.

Article 23 Medical Disclaimer:

Please note that any of the courses created by THE BROW BRAND are not medical courses or do they contain medical information. In the website and the course, we acknowledge there is research to support the benefits but this is in no way guaranteed. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions then we advise you to consult a medical doctor before you begin the course.

Article 1 Definition 

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise.


Any agreement as concluded through the Website between THE BROW BRAND and/or any agreement between THE BROW BRAND and the Customer with respect to the purchase of the services from THE BROW BRAND.

All, copyright, trademark rights, design – and model rights and/or other (intellectual property) rights, also including rights pertaining to databases or other products of commercial knowhow.

The Website and/or webshop operated by THE BROW BRAND under the domain name

Article 2  General 

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relations between The Brow Brand and the Customer, including all Agreements with regard to all Products as offered through the Website, in the store or otherwise and more specifically, the Products as described in the Order.

2.2 Deviations and/or additions to any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall only be applicable when explicitly agreed in writing and shall have no general effect. All other remaining provisions shall remain unimpaired.

2.3 By accessing and using the Website and/or by placing an Order, the Customer indicates to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and all other rights and obligations, for example but not excluding the privacy policy and cookies, as stated on the Website.

2.4 All stipulations in these General Terms and Conditions have also been drawn up for the benefit of all directors at The Brow Brand and all employees of The Brow Brand and / or persons that have been engaged by The Brow Brand

2.5 All customers and students of The Brow Brand must be eighteen years old minimum, in other cases written agreement from parents is necessary for their presence.

Article 3 Booking appointments 

Purchasing courses – please refer to terms and conditions for courses

3.1 Customers booking their appointment are obliged to truthfully fill in a consultation form before their appointment. Consultation form is going to be provided by one of our staff members.

3.2 Every customer has 48 hours to rebook or cancel their appointment. In case of failing, 50% from chosen treatment needs to be compensated to The Brow Brand

3.3 In case of allergic reaction, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer fully. Medical expenses are customer responsibility, The Brow Brand refuses to take any responsibility for any occurring allergies.

3.4 Every customer has 5 days after every treatment to request correction if the final effect wasn’t satifacionary.

3.5 The Brow Brand reserves rights to deny access to the treatments and courses to anyone who doesn’t comply with our terms and conditions.

Article 4 Prices and payments 

4.1 The prices of the treatments are stated on the Website and Booking platform Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any placed Order.

4.2 The price of a Product is in euros, including VAT but excluding any delivery costs or any other additional costs.

4.3 The Customer must pay the payments to The Brow Brand to the payment methods given in the ordering procedure on the Website. Customers who booked their appointment can pay with cash or bank transfer. The Brow Brand offers the Customer who ordered course several different payment methods:

  1. Payment by electronic payment (iDeal);
  2. Payment with a credit card (Mastercard/Visa);
  3. Payment with Maestro;
  4. Payment with Klarna;
  5. Payment with Paypal;

4.4 In case of failing the payment The Brow Brand reserves the right to refuse any future access to our products and services.

Article 5 Intellectual property and personal data

5.1 All Intellectual property rights related to these Products and the Website, belong at all times to The Brow Brand.

5.2 The Customer is aware that by using the Website he/she provides certain Personal Data to The Brow Brand, for example name, address, bank details and email address.

5.3 If the Customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer gives permission for the processing of his/her Personal Data in connection with the use of the Website and the execution of the Agreement.

Article 6 Force Majeure

6.1 The Brow Brand shall not be liable for failure to fulfil any obligation towards the Customer if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond her reasonable control, including but not limited to the loss of data due to computer hindrance, virus infection, computer hacking by third parties or other calamities preventing and/or limiting The Brow Brand to deliver the services and other serious disruptions in the daily business of The Brow Brand.

6.2 In the event that after the conclusion of the Agreement it appears that the execution is difficult or impossible for The Brow Brand due to force majeure, The Brow Brand has the right to cancel the Agreement or to suspend the execution thereof, insofar as they still require fulfilment, at the option of The Brow Brand, in which case the Customer, considering the circumstances of the case, will be informed as soon as possible, without The Brow Brand being liable for any damages in whatever form except under the provisions of Article 78 of book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code.

Article 7 Limitation of liability

7.1 The Brow Brand is not liable for any losses, unless the Customer proves that such losses are the result of fault or gross negligence on the part of The Brow Brand.

7.2 The Brow Brand is not liable for any damage that the Customer suffers as a result of the improper and unsafe use of the Product by the Customer, except if there is intent or gross negligence on the part of The Brow Brand.

Article 8 Governing the law and jurisdiction 

 8.1 If any one of the provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these General Terms and Conditions, and these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained in it.

8.2 These General Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1st March 2022.

8.3 The General Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of The Netherland and the competent courts in The Hague shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
