How do I book my appointment?

Which treatment is right for me?

If you’re not sure which treatment is most suitable for you, please contact us on Whatsapp, explaining what kind of result you would like to achieve. In addition, please send us a clear photo of your eyebrows without any makeup. A final decision about what treatment to choose will be determined during the appointment.

How do I prepare for my treatment?

Every new client receives a consultation and consent form to fill-in prior to their appointment, as well as guidance on how best to prepare for their treatment. 

Can I get my eyebrows and/or lash treatments done during pregnancy?

We do not perform any lamination or tinting procedures during the first trimester of pregnancy; however, you can still choose to have your eyebrows shaped instead. 

During the second and third trimester, and the postpartum/breastfeeding period, hormonal imbalances may cause uneven pigmentation or an uneven lash lift, please keep that in mind while booking your appointment.

Allergic reactions:

Unfortunately allergic reactions can happen. In case of an allergic reaction, please seek medical advice as soon as possible. It is important to note that anyone can be allergic to the products used. It’s not that the ingredients are unsafe, it’s simply the way the body reacts to them that can differ from person to person. Allergies can develop at any time, even if the treatment has been performed before.

There are also cross allergies that are caused by external factors, yet show, for example, around the eyes. If you are concerned about allergic reactions, please feel free to contact us for patch testing.


Who can enrol in our courses?

Anyone who is above 18 years old can enrol in our online or in-person courses and our masterclasses. 

If you are under 18 years old, please note that you can still enrol for any of our courses; however, written parental or guardian permission is required.

Send us a message via our contact form, so we can help you explore your options and answer any questions you have. We are here for you every step of the way to guide you through your eyebrow education process. If necessary, we will schedule a phone call with you.

Do I get support after completing the course?

Yes, you do! A Whatsapp group is created for all students to freely ask for feedback. If this group isn’t enough, you can always purchase one of our mentoring sessions with our master trainer.

Where do I purchase my starter kit?

A supplier list will be provided during the live theory session.

Can I extend my access to the online platform?

Yes, you can. Please go to the ‘course terms and conditions’ for more information. 

Is it possible to get a discount while buying two courses?

Absolutely! Buying two courses will give you the best foundation to understand the different eyebrow styling techniques. Please message us for your discount code.
